Kaikki toimii tuotepalautuksia myöten nopeasti ja ilman mitään ongelmia. Asiakaspalvelu toimii kun junanvessa ja omistajakin kuulemma tykkää suomalaisista.
Now I have to give you guys a negative feedback even though I've been a satisfied customer for a couple of years.
It all started when my girlfriend received an Istick 30w three weeks ago that she ordered from Peleon. It was clear that the battery was not working correctly, it didn't last even half of what her old Istick 20w did.
The response time was really slow but after a week of sending e-mails she got the return address. We send the mod back almost two weeks ago and never heard back anything. She also e-mailed them twice after that and still hasn't been replied.
I hope you resolve this case soon..

Tilasin tuolta 2015 elokuussa Ego One Mega kitin ja patteri on sanonut nyt itsensä irti. Ei naksu nappula - joka sinänsä on minulle yksi hailee, mutta nyt ainoastaan latausvalo sytyy vaan eipä lataa. Pass-thruna toimi vähän aikaa, nyt ei enää siinäkään. Vika ei ole 5 klikissä, testattu on.
Takuukuitti on olemassa ja Peleonille kirjoitin siitä 3.pvä, vieläkään eivät ole mitään vastanneet...

Once we have been in Helsinki, to make an exchange with our Customer. But few hours before our arrival he said that he is very busy.
So new battery Vision Spinner had a looong trip from Poland to Finland and back to Poland.
And the sad moment, end of our trip, mercilles ferry waiting for us:
Despie this, we had a great time in Your beautiful country. We can not wait for next trip to Finland.
We are planning to visit Finland again in April, to catch biiiig pikes.

Tulipahan tämäkin kauppa "korkattua".
8.1 tehty tilaus, halvimmilla posteilla, ja oli postista paketti noudettavissa 18.1. Välissä parit viikonloput, joten ihan ok toimitusaika. Tuotteet oli hyvin pakattu eikä muutenkaan valittamista kaupasta. Tuskin jäi viimeiseksi tilaukseksi täältä.

Täytyy sanoa että upeeta palvelua ollut aina, ja halvempi toimitus lähes poikkeuksetta 7 päivää tilauksesta!

Mokailin Peleon tilaukseni kanssa pienoisesta kielimuurista johtuen, ja tulin valinneeksi maksutavaksi pankkisiirron. Onko kenelläkään kokemuksia kuinka monta päivää kestää ennen kuin suoritus näkyy siellä päässä tilillä. Maanantaina laitoin menemään, ja ainakaan vielä ei ole tilauksen statuksessa tapahťunut muutoksia..

Eli jos joku muukin tyrii samalla tavalla, niin kerrottakoon että pankkisiirrolla maksaessa tilaus näkyi maksettuna kaksi päivää tilaamisen jälkeen ja lähti sen jälkeen postiin. Tilaushetkestä 8pv, ja paketti oli noudettavissa. Postit muistaakseni 8-9€ ja pankkisiirrosta ei ylimääräisiä kuluja
Erittäin tyytyväinen nesteisiin. Maku (käytän ainoastaan menthol-makuisia e-nesteitä) omaan mieleen parempaa kuin missään nesteissä aikaisemmin ja alle 7€ 50ml, 24mg, -pullo on todella halpa hinta. Viisi tähteä tälle putiikille kaikesta muusta paitsi englannin kielen puuttumisesta
