We check all products before leaving our warehouse, but of course we can have an error.
I ask please that you check in the box atomizer just in case has fallen into during transport.
If you can not find the screw, open a ticket on our website and we will send you a set of screws at no cost.

Im not missing a screw and there is spares, but one of the posts that you put your coil leads trough doesnt have any threads, and it doesnt look like there ever was any.

Hi Kottero:
First, hit the black magnet to the battery so that it repels the magnet base.
Second, ride in the tube base in position.
Third, you insert the battery with the magnet so that it floats on the lower button.
It is very important that magnets repel each, otherwise it will make a permanent contact.

If you still doing permanent contact, try to put a flat battery.
