Ei kyllä kauheasti vakuuta tämä myyjä. 16.1 tilattu OBS Crius tuolta, maksoin jopa 1,99$ extraa seurantakoodista, että olis varmemmin perillä. Näkyy kyllä että tuote on lähetetty, mutta seurantakoodia ei näy tilaustiedoissa, eikä sitä ole sähköpostiinkaan tullut :D

Mitään eivät ilmoittaneet, ja kesti yli viikon ennen kuin sain vastauksen tikettiini. Starre V3: sta ei kuulemma enää ollut saatavilla, joten vaihtoehtoina oli hyvitys tai uusien kamojen valinta. No otin sitten lisää kamaa tilalle ja maksoin erotuksen 3$ (31.12.). Sitten taas pari viikkoa täydellistä hiljaisuutta kunnes tein uuden tiketin, missä ilmoitin tekeväni Paypal disputen ellei jotain ala tapahtua. Sitten lähtikin melkein heti (16.1.) kaksi pakettia matkaan. En keksi mitään syytä miksi kaksi, koska lähtivät samana päivänä. Toinen seurantakoodilla, toinen ilman. Koodilla varustettu paketti tuli parissa viikossa perille, toisesta paketista ei ole kuulunut mitään. Mielestäni, jos heidän tötöilyjen takia pitää laittaa useita paketteja, kaikissa pitäisi olla seurantakoodi, jos olen alkuperäisessä tilauksessani siitä maksanut.
Neuvoisin kyllä omien kokemuksieni perusteella välttämään liikettä ellei ole joku todella hyvä tarjous (verrattuna muihin kiinputiikkeihin) tarjolla, eikä tavaran saamisella ole kiire.
Viime syksynä täältä ekat tilaukset tein ja silloin vielä mielestäni homma toimi: toimitusajat oli n. 2-3 viikkoa, seurantatunnukset toimivat sekä aspalista vastasivat viimeistään seuraavana päivänä. Jotain alkutalvesta tapahtui, koska "palvelu" heikentynyt oleellisesti. Reipahasti yli kuukauden kestää postitus + toimitus, seurannat ei näytä mitään ja aspalista ei vastata.
Tiedän, että tämä on ns. Kiinapulju ja toimitukset kestää. Kuitenkin jos ilmoitetaan (=arvioidaan) toimitusajaksi x-xx päivää, niin oletan sen suunnilleen pitävän paikkaansa. Jos toimitukset poikkeuksetta tästä ilmoitetusta venyvät, niin mikseivät korjaa toimitusaika-arvioitaan? Jos maksan seurantatunnuksista, oletan niiden myös toimivan. Jos tilauksessa vaikka ongelmia tai paketti häviää tms, oletan että kaupasta saa jonkun vastauksen kyselyihin säädyllisessä ajassa.
Koskien kaikkia verkkokauppoja joista tilailen: luen kaupan sivuilta tuoteselostukset, hinnat, toimitusajat ja muut ns. perusjutut. Näistä maksan ja myös oletan luvattujen asioiden pitävän paikkaansa. Jos ei näin tapahdu, niin se on voi voi ja moi ko. kaupalle.
